Terms & Conditions for TechIgnitorX

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between TechIgnitorX and the client (referred to as “Client”) for services related to content writing, web design and development, and logo and graphic design. By engaging in any of these services, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Content Writing Services

TechIgnitorX provides content writing services to create written material for the Client’s website. The following terms apply:

• Creation of Written Material: TechIgnitorX agrees to produce written content for the Client’s website based on the Client’s request and according to the terms previously agreed upon by both parties.
• Accuracy and Copyright Compliance: TechIgnitorX will use reasonable care to ensure that all facts and statements in the content are accurate and that the work does not infringe upon any copyright or other third-party rights.
• Editing and Collaboration: The Client has the right to edit the content within an agreed-upon timeframe. TechIgnitorX will cooperate with the Client to revise and reread the material before it is published.
• Client’s Responsibility for Final Draft: Once the final draft is completed, the Client is responsible for reviewing the content for correctness, including spelling, grammar, and factual accuracy. TechIgnitorX is not liable for any errors discovered after the content is live on the Client’s website.

Web Design and Development Services

TechIgnitorX offers web design and development services to create a website based on the Client’s specifications. The following terms govern this process:

• Website Design and Development: TechIgnitorX agrees to design and develop a website based on the Client’s request, adhering to the terms outlined in the contract. The website will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe and conditions.
• Client’s Role in Defining Website Structure: The Client is responsible for providing a clear description of the website’s structure, including the number of pages, features, and any additional requirements. The Client must also specify the content to be included on the website.
• Provision of Images and Photography: The Client is responsible for providing suitable photography, images, or graphics for use on the website. If the Client is unable to supply these materials, TechIgnitorX may help source suitable images at the Client’s cost.
• Domain Name: The Client is responsible for obtaining and purchasing a domain name for their website. TechIgnitorX may suggest appropriate domain names if needed, but the responsibility for securing the domain lies with the Client.
• Errors in Client-Provided Material: TechIgnitorX is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the content, images, or other materials provided by the Client. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all content.
• Revisions: TechIgnitorX will work with the Client to resolve any issues or implement revisions to the website. Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions based on their selected package (usually up to three revisions). Major changes in design will not be included in these revisions.
• Additional Charges for Post-Approval Changes: Once the website has been approved and launched, any additional changes or requests from the Client will incur extra charges. TechIgnitorX will not begin work on any changes until full payment for the requested modifications is received.
• Branding and Acknowledgment: TechIgnitorX will add a “Web Design by TechIgnitorX” link in the footer of every website they create. This is part of the branding, and removing or altering this link will incur an additional charge.
• Liability Limitations: TechIgnitorX is not responsible for issues such as website hacking, loss of search engine rankings, or any errors that may occur after the website goes live. Clients should take necessary precautions to secure their website and monitor its performance.
• Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel a website development or digital marketing project if TechIgnitorX has not started work. Once work has started, cancellations will not be accepted after one calendar day. Any cancellation requests after that time will be considered invalid.
• Post-Launch Support: Once the website is live, TechIgnitorX will provide paid support services at a rate of ₹800 + 18% GST per hour. This support includes troubleshooting, updates, and minor adjustments.

Logo and Graphic Design Services

TechIgnitorX offers logo and graphic design services to create unique and professional branding materials for the Client. The terms related to logo design are as follows:

• Unique Logo Creation: TechIgnitorX creates logos based on thorough research and concept development. Our team will provide recommendations and will ensure that the logo design is unique and fits the Client’s brand identity.
• Trademark Issues: In case of any trademark issues or objections related to the logo design, TechIgnitorX will work with the Client to provide alternative logo options. However, please note that TechIgnitorX cannot guarantee that a logo will be free of conflicts with existing trademarks. While we aim for originality, trademark searches and final approval lie with the Client.
• Trademark Registration Assistance: If the Client faces difficulties in registering their logo as a trademark, TechIgnitorX will assist by providing alternative logo designs. However, we do not have access to the trademark registry and cannot guarantee that the new logo will be 100% free from conflicts with existing trademarks.

General Terms

• Agreement and Proposal: Any terms agreed upon in the final proposal or email communication between TechIgnitorX and the Client will also form part of the agreement, along with the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
• Amendments to Terms: TechIgnitorX reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any major changes, and the revised terms will apply to all future work undertaken by TechIgnitorX.
• Payment and Invoicing: The Client agrees to pay all fees for services rendered by TechIgnitorX according to the terms outlined in the invoice or contract. Payment terms will be specified for each project. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project. TechIgnitorX will not disclose any Client information without prior consent, except as required by law.
• Limitation of Liability: TechIgnitorX will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be settled in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TechIgnitorX operates.

By engaging TechIgnitorX for content writing, web design, development, or logo design services, the Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. TechIgnitorX strives to provide high-quality services and support, and we are committed to working with clients to help them achieve their business goals.
